Home Staging Mover / Assistant Stylist – Casual Contractor
We’re looking for an energetic, reliable and hands-on person to join our home staging team!
This is a physical, varied role combining furniture moving with assisting our stylists to create beautiful homes ready for sale.
What you'll be doing

Moving, loading and unloading furniture

Setting up and packing down staged homes

Carrying sofas, console units, tables and other furniture

Placing furniture and décor under the direction of our stylist

Helping style rooms and make final adjustments

Cleaning and maintaining our staging furniture and stock

Keeping trucks, warehouse and stock organised

Working as part of a small team where everyone gets stuck in
We're looking for someone who is

Physically fit, strong and comfortable with manual work

Energetic and able to keep up with a busy day

Reliable, punctual and hardworking

Practical and confident using initiative

Happy to get stuck in and do whatever needs doing

Comfortable working in a small team

Has a good eye for detail and presentation

Interested in interiors, furniture and styling is a bonus
You don't need to be an experienced stylist — we're happy to teach the right person the styling side of the business.
The practical stuff
Monday–Friday | Generally 9:00am–2:30pm
No weekends
This is a casual contractor position, with work depending on our staging schedule.
Our schedule can change with as little as 24 hours' notice, so we're looking for someone who is regularly available and can be flexible when jobs come up.
You'll need

A current NZ driver's licence — full licence preferred

Reliable transport to warehouse

Confidence travelling longer distances when required

Ability to safely lift and move furniture as part of a team
