Return Policy
To return a product according to our policy, it must be faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We do not provide refunds for "change of mind" returns, so please make your selections carefully. Product images and dimensions are available on our website; ensure you measure your space and verify the dimensions, and reach out with any questions if you're uncertain about any aspect of the product.
Upon delivery, check all items for damage, missing parts, or inaccuracies. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, it's helpful if you can note the damage with the carrier upon delivery. Report any issues to us immediately via email, including photos, so we can address the problem.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of checkout. If you need to make changes, do so within 6 hours of placing your order, as orders can be shipped the same day and cannot be altered or returned once dispatched.
