Spring is the perfect time to get stuck into a project. This package is for 4 hours of decluttering and organising – ideal for a small space such as your pantry or bathroom. Normally $300 but for the whole of Spring it’s just $260.

ONE HOUR
 

$75 PLUS GST

You may just need a few hours to finish off or to get you started, or a couple of hours a week or month over a longer timeframe (minimum of 3 hours per booking.)

2 HOUR SESSION
 

$130 PLUS GST

A quick two hour session to help you achieve the beautiful space you desire. Perhaps you need someone to provide you with clever storage ideas or give you that boost you need to start decluttering. These short but valuable sessions are easy to fit into a busy schedule.

WALKTHROUGH CONSULTATION
 

$75 PLUS GST

per hour

We do a 1-2 hour walkthrough consultation around your house. Included with your consultation is a room by room written report that serves as a guide to plan and prepare your home for sale independently. This includes a list of things to do to improve the house visual and best solutions for your transition.
The focus is on identifying the most opportunities in each room and providing an easy-to-follow process for you to execute.

  • HOW LONG DO WE GET THE HOME STAGING FOR?
    Six weeks. If you require the home staging for a longer period we can charge on a weekly basis until the property sells. ​
  • HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO GIVE YOU TO STAGE OUR PROPERTY?
    We have been able to stage homes with 24 hours notice but prefer at least 1 weeks notice and ideally more, if possible. ​
  • CAN I STAGE MY OWN HOME OR SHOULD I HIRE A PROFESSIONAL?
    You can absolutely stage your own home if you have an eye for design and are familiar with home staging techniques. However, hiring a professional home stager can bring several benefits. They have expertise in showcasing a home's best features and can provide an objective viewpoint. A professional stager can also bring in furniture, artwork, and accessories if needed, giving your home a fresh and appealing look that may be more challenging to achieve on your own.
  • HOW MUCH DOES HOME STAGING COST?
    The cost of home staging can vary based on several factors, such as the size of the home, the extent of staging required, and the location. Typically, our home staging starts from $1400 plus GST. Hiring a professional stager generally costs more than doing it yourself, but it can be a worthwhile investment when considering the potential return on investment through a faster and higher-priced sale.
  • HOW LONG DOES THE HOME STAGING PROCESS TAKE?
    The duration of the home staging process depends on various factors, including the size of the home, the current condition, and the extent of staging required. Depending on these factors, staging can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days. It's best to consult with a professional stager for an accurate estimate based on your specific requirements.
  • SHOULD I STAGE EVERY ROOM IN MY HOME?
    While staging every room is ideal, it may not always be necessary. Focus on staging the key areas that potential buyers prioritise, such as the living room, kitchen, master bedroom, and bathrooms. These areas should be staged to create an emotional connection and showcase their full potential. However, it's important to not neglect other spaces entirely, as they should still be clean, decluttered, and neat.
  • DO I NEED TO REDECORATE MY ENTIRE HOME BEFORE STAGING IT?
    Redecorating your entire home is not always required for staging purposes. In many cases, home staging involves working with existing furniture and decor, making small adjustments, and adding or rearranging items to enhance the overall appeal. However, if your home has outdated or heavily worn furniture and decor, it may be beneficial to consider some updates or replacements to increase its attractiveness to potential buyers.
