To be eligible for a return, the product must be faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We are unable to provide refunds for "change of mind" so please make your selection carefully. You can find images and dimensions of our products on our website, so please take the time to measure your space and ask any questions before making your purchase.

Upon delivery, please thoroughly inspect all items for any damage, missing parts, or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please note the issue with the carrier upon delivery and promptly notify us via email with attached photos so that we can promptly address the situation. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of checkout or within 6 hours of placing your order to avoid any issues once the order has been processed. Thank you for your understanding.
If the products you've ordered are in stock, we will process and dispatch them within two working days of receiving your order. Our office hours are from 9 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday, and we will make sure to process and package your order during these times. If you place an order over the weekend, we'll take care of it first thing on Monday. For items that are made-to-order, custom, or pre-order, we'll send you an email confirming the approximate delivery date within 1 business day of your order.
Our standard delivery times are 1-2 working days within Auckland and 2-3 working days outside Auckland, but please keep in mind that this could change due to courier workloads and delays.

For large or heavy items, there may be additional shipping costs. If you're not sure, you can email us at customerservice@whangareihomestagers.co.nz for a quote. Otherwise, any extra shipping costs will be communicated to you when your order is processed.

All parcels will need a signature upon delivery for security and peace of mind. Please provide a physical address where someone will be available to sign for the item between 9am-5pm on weekdays. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Once your order is fulfilled and picked up by the courier, we'll send you a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. Upon delivery, please check the condition of your item and report any damage.
