The Orlando Chaise Sofa comes with removable covers that are dry clean only, making it easy to maintain. The chaise depth is 165cm, providing ample space for lounging. The filling composition includes foam for the lower seat cushion and duck feather for the upper seat cushion and back cushion, ensuring comfort and support.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We are unable to provide refunds for "change of mind" so please make your selection carefully. You can find images and dimensions of our products on our website, so please take the time to measure your space and ask any questions before making your purchase.
Upon delivery, please thoroughly inspect all items for any damage, missing parts, or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please note the issue with the carrier upon delivery and promptly notify us via email with attached photos so that we can promptly address the situation. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of checkout or within 6 hours of placing your order to avoid any issues once the order has been processed. If the products you've ordered are in stock, we will process and dispatch them within two working days of receiving your order. Our office hours are from 9 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday, and we will make sure to process and package your order during these times. If you place an order over the weekend, we'll take care of it first thing on Monday. For items that are made-to-order, custom, or pre-order, we'll send you an email confirming the approximate delivery date within 1 business day of your order.

At Whangarei Homestagers we believe in being transparent with our costs. All orders placed online at whangareihomestagers.co.nz will have a delivery fee calculated at check out. This fee is dependent on your order size and delivery location.
General Shipping Information
All shipping rates are in NZ dollars.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 4 working days subject to availability of stock.
If you are unable to receive an order, please contact us at sale@whangareihomestagers.co.nz as soon as you have placed your order. We can hold items for approx. 2-4 weeks if needed.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
Smaller orders delivered by courier should be received within 7 working days of dispatch. Courier delays can occur.
Furniture will be delivered within 5-10 working days of dispatch.
All items sent by courier may need a signature on delivery.
We are not able to deliver to post office boxes or private boxes.
The customer will be contacted before any furniture deliveries to arrange a suitable time generally by Mainfreight.
We may be unable to ship oversized, overweight or other items to rural destinations, or in some situations, this may incur an additional fee. If this is the case, you will be contacted by our customer services to discuss options for your order.
At present, we only ship within New Zealand.
