  • HOW LONG DO WE GET THE HOME STAGING FOR?
    Six weeks. If you require the home staging for a longer period we can charge on a weekly basis until the property sells. ​
  • HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO GIVE YOU TO STAGE OUR PROPERTY?
    We have been able to stage homes with 24 hours notice but prefer at least 1 weeks notice and ideally more, if possible. ​
  • CAN I STAGE MY OWN HOME OR SHOULD I HIRE A PROFESSIONAL?
    You can absolutely stage your own home if you have an eye for design and are familiar with home staging techniques. However, hiring a professional home stager can bring several benefits. WALKTHROUGH CONSULTATION

We do a 1-2 hour walkthrough consultation around your house. Included with your consultation is a room by room written report that serves as a guide to plan and prepare your home for sale independently. This includes a list of things to do to improve the house visual and best solutions for your transition.
The focus is on identifying the most opportunities in each room and providing an easy-to-follow process for you to execute.
